I've always thought that Ken Burns' The Civil War, was one of the best documentary series I have ever seen on television, and Jay Unger and Molly Mason's music contributed greatly to its success. Even though watching the video always makes me weep, I never tire of hearing this piece. I lived in Richmond for thirty years, before I ever realized that one of the bloodiest battles of the Civil War, took place, at nearby Cold Harbor.
We are the Two Auntee, both Episcopalian. We are lucky enough to have many friends and their children visit with us quite regularly. One is a retired nurse and the other is retired Army and musician.
